Acquired Properties and Inactive Well Decommissioning
Proposal to decommission seven inactive wells at recreation sites and the disposal of buildings and improvements at one acquired properties. Policy and State law require proper abandonment of wells when inactive. The properties are in poor condition. Five of the six property decommissioning actions have been removed from this project. Funding to decommission these 5 properties is not available at this time, thus the reviewed of their disposal has been put on hold. They will be included in an upcoming project.
