USDA Login.gov

All Forest Service vendors/contractors who wish to obtain a new preseason incident agreement or update an existing preseason incident agreement with the Forest Service must have a Login.gov account account to use VIPR.

Accessing VIPR with Your Login.gov Account

All questions about using your Login.gov account to log into the VIPR application should be directed to the Login.gov Helpdesk at https://www.login.gov/contact/.

When To Obtain a Login.gov Account

Vendors must obtain a Login.gov account prior to responding to a solicitation for preseason incident agreements in VIPR for the following types of resources.
