Forest Insect and Disease Leaflets

The Forest Insect and Disease Leaflet (FIDL) series provides information about insects and diseases affecting forest trees in the United States. FIDLs are produced through coordinated efforts of the US Forest Service’s Forest Health Protection staff.

National FIDL Coordinator

The acting national FIDL coordinator, Robbie Flowers (503-319-3180, robbie.flowers), assigns numbers to new FIDLs, tracks planned revisions, provides formatting standards, facilitates publication of FIDLs, and works with regional FIDL contacts.

FIDL Contacts for FS Regions/Area/IITF

Regional FIDL contacts work with authors to facilitate FIDL preparation and distribution. They also can also provide paper copies of certain FIDLs upon request (when available). The current regional FIDL contacts:
