HRM: Deadline for FY23 performance plans extended
Dec. 16, 2022, is the new deadline to establish FY23 performance plans for most employees. This includes all employees except SES, SL and ST positions above GS-15. The deadline to close out FY22 performance appraisals remains Oct. 31, 2022.
What Supervisors Need to Do
Log in to ePM and establish FY23 performance plans for each of your employees by Dec. 16. You can access ePM by visiting ConnectHR, where you can find the ePM link on the left my links menu. Remember to include supplemental standards and measures specific to an employee’s position that aligns with USDA and Forest Service goals.
If you have not yet issued the final FY22 ratings to your employees, the deadline is today, Oct. 31, 2022. Refer to the previous reminder for specific details and helpful links to aid you in closing out the ratings.
