BRD/CLRD Flood Area Closures

Pursuant to Title 16 U.S.C. § 551, and Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations (“C.F.R.”), § 261.50 (b), the following acts are prohibited on National Forest System Roads and Trails on the Boulder Ranger District and the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Roosevelt National Forest, in Boulder and Larimer Counties, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the Restricted Roads and Restricted Trails. These Restricted Roads and Trails are depicted and shown on the attached map hereby incorporated into this order as Exhibit A. The purpose of this Order is to protect public health and safety due to flood damage.
