Forest Order
Pursuant to (36 CFR, Section 261.50a), the following acts are prohibited at Mineral Point area, as shown in Exhibit A within the Arapaho National Forest until further notice:
1. CAMPING Camping within the areas shown on attached exhibit A. 36 CFR 261.58 (e).
2. CAMPFIRES Building, maintaining, attending, or using a fire, campfire or stove fire, as shown on attached Exhibit A. 36 CFR 261.52 (a).
This order will be in effect seasonally from September1 through November 15.
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (e), the following persons are exempt from this order: 1. Persons with a permit specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission. 2. Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of an official duty. Within Sections 26 and 35 of T. 5N., R. 76 W., and Sections 2 and 11 of T. 4N., R. 76 W., 6th P.M. that lie adjacent to Mineral Point and ½ mile east of the common Rocky Mountain National Park/ Forest Service boundary as illustrated on the attached map.
