Gross sale area is 824 acres. Net sale acres is 245 acres. The volume includes both live and dead standing lodgepole pine sawtimber and live and dead standing lodgepole pine non-sawtimber. Total net live and dead standing sawtimber is 1,754 CCF and total net live and dead standing non-sawtimber is 831 CCF. This sale will be harvested by ground based logging systems. There are 245 acres of ground based logging. The volume for the entire timber sale is 2,585 CCF. Volume of sawtimber by percentage of species is: live and dead standing lodgepole pine 100%. Average quadratic mean diameter for the sale is 7.7 inches, average tree height for the sale is 46 feet and average net volume per acre for the sale is 10.5 CCF.
