Willow Creek Land Exchange
The Forest Service is proposing to exchange one parcel of National Forest System land containing approx. 5.5 acres to TMII Development, LLC in exchange for TMII Development, LLC conveying one parcel of land approx. 50.23 acres to the United States. The Forest Service will be accepting public comments on the land exchange Draft Environmental Assessment for 30 days after the initial date of publication. See "Comment on Project" to submit comments on the Draft Environmental Assessment.

The Federal parcel (5.5 acres) is immediately north and east of the Mary Jane base area at Winter Park Resort; non-Federal parcel (50.23 acres) is at the confluence of Pass Creek and Willow Creek.
