No changes will be made to the currently authorized operations or facilities. (This project was formerly called "Sugarloaf Lookout Communication Authorizations Issuances CE")

Sugarloaf Mountain: SW 1/4 section 4, T 35 N, R 5 W ; approximately 3 miles east of Lakehead. Bass Mountain: NW 1/4 section 7, T 33 N, R 4 W; approximately 3 miles north of the City of Shasta Lake.
