Motorized Vehicle Restrictions - Fortune Creek Area on the Cle Elum Ranger District

Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(a), the following act is prohibited within 
the Wenatchee National Forest, Cle Elum Ranger District described in 
this order. The purpose is to protect the quality of soils, 
vegetation, unique scenic and botanical values. 
(1) Using any motorized vehicle, except snowmobiles, off of 
Forest Development Rd. #4330160 in Section 16, T.23N., 
R.15E., W.M., as shown in Exhibit A, 36 CFR 261.53 (A), (B), 
261. 52. 
(2) Using any motorized vehicle, except snowmobiles, off of 
Forest Rd. #4330161, 4330209, Section 33, T.23N., R.15E., 
W.M. EXCEPT motorized trail vehicles are permitted on Forest 
Development Trail #1392 as shown on Exhibit A, 36 CFR 261 .53 
(A), (B), 261. 52. 
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from 
this order: 
1) Forest Service administrative traffic. 
2) Persons with written authorization. 
3) Any Federal, State, or local officer or member of an organized 
search and rescue or firefighting force in the performance of 
official duties.
