Provides access to West Fork Buttermilk Trail #411 which enters Lake Chelan-Sawtooth Wilderness.

Directions

From Twisp, WA drive west 10 miles on Twisp River Road (county road 9114)   Then turn left onto Buttermilk Creek Road crossing Buttermilk Bridge across Twisp River, and follow East Buttermilk Creek Road (Forest Road 43) to the left and follow for about 3 miles. Then turn right on the 4300-500 spur road and stay on spur road 500 for 2.2 miles to trailhead at the end of the road.

Horse/Pack animals are allowed at this site.

Certified weed-free hay is required on national forest lands (processed grain is okay).
