Getting There

Directions

From Sweet Home, Oregon, travel east on Highway 20 for 41.8 miles (MP 70.8) and turn left on Lava Lake Road (Forest Service Road 2067). Continue 5.7 miles and bear left on Forest Service Road 560. Continue 3.6 miles to the trailhead just past Forest Service Road 572.

For an alternate access, follow Highway 20 to Santiam Junction and turn left onto Highway 22. Continue north for 4.8 miles to Lava Lake Road (Forest Service Road 2067) and turn left. Travel 2.0 miles and turn right on Forest Service Road 560 after crossing the Parks Creek bridge. Continue for 3.6 miles to the trailhead on the left.
