Brevoort Lake Campground

Brevoort Lake Campground is a tent, RV and trailer-friendly campground that stretches onto a peninsula dividing Boedne Bay from the rest of Brevoort Lake. View available campsites or make a reservation for Brevoort Lake Campground.

Located off US 2 about 20 miles west of St. Ignace in the southeastern portion of the Upper Peninsula Michigan (U.P.).
Brevoort Lake is 4,233 beautiful acres and is very accommodating to stunning sunsets.
Campers will find many waterfront sites and spacious quiet locations.
This area is part of the larger Brevoort Lake Recreation Area and has a day use picnic area and a boat launch.
Visitors return year after year to this campground, which is quiet, clean and in a great location in the U.P.

General Information

Brevoort Lake is the only campground with an RV dump station. It is free for campers and there is an $8 fee for non-campers.
Brevoort Lake has a boat launch.
Campground is rustic. There are no hookups for electricity, water or sewer.
Check in at 2:00 pm and check out at noon.
Maximum 8 people per single site, 16 people per double site and 4 vehicles per double site.
Campground has first come, first served sites and reservable sites.

Reservations are forfeited if you have not arrived by check-out time the day after your scheduled arrival.
You must occupy your site the first night.
Camping equipment cannot be unattended for more than 24 hours.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Discount passes are honored with ½ price camping only include: Golden Age Passport and America the Beautiful (Interagency) Senior Pass issued to senior citizens and physically disabled citizens. These passes are NOT honored at day use sites.
Military Annual and Gold Star Veteran Passes are good for covering day use fees ONLY, they do not cover camping fees.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $26 per night
Double Site: $48 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $7 per vehicle per night
Dumpstation Fee: $10 per use
Day Use:
$7 per vehicle per day

A fee of $7.00 per additional vehicle per day applies in all concessionaire campgrounds.
Tribal Fee waivers are honored at all campgrounds. Fee envelopes must be filled out and posted with Tribal Pass or Gathering Permit Number.

Directions

From St. Ignace (intersection of U.S. Route 2 and I-75), head west on US-2 for approximately 17 miles to Brevoort Camp Road (Forest Service Road 3108). Turn right (north) and travel 1.2 miles to the campground entrance (Forest Service Road 3473). Turn right (northeast) onto FR3473. The campground sites are 1/2 mile down FR3473.
