Finland LLC FLPMA Private Road Permit Proposal
The USFS issued a FLPMA private road permit in 2018 to Finland LLC. In 2023, it was found part of the road entrance crossed private land not belong to the permittee. This new permit will authorize an altered entrance avoiding the private land.
