Winter Park Resort Phase 1 Projects
Winter Park Resort (WPR) proposes to update the Winter Park Recreational Association 1985 Master Development Plan (1985 Plan) (Winter Park Recreational Association, 1985) in several phases. This document addresses the first phase of the updated plan. WPR is located in Grand County, Colorado, approximately two miles south of downtown Winter Park, 25 miles southeast of the town of Granby, and 70 miles northwest of Denver. The ski area is accessible through Berthoud Pass by way of U.S. Highway 40 (US40 ), which runs adjacent to the base area.
