Lilli Field Roads and Pipeline Project
The Forest Service proposes to authorize Noble Energy to change approximately three miles of NFS roads from two-tracks to gravel roads and to construct two buried pipelines about two miles total length. The EA 30-day comment period begins the day after publication of the legal notice in the Denver Post of Feb. 8, 2013.
