Meadow Creek Recreation Enhancement and Watershed Improvement Project
There are currently resource concerns to water quality, stream healh, wetlands, and wildlife habitat from dispersed (unmanaged) camping, including lack of sanitation facilities and user created roads and trails near Meadow Creek and Meadow Creek Reservoir. The Forest Service is in the process of conceptualizing a plan that would improve watershed and aquatic conditions while also enhancing recreation opportunities; and are looking for the public to help craft this plan.
