Taproot Pipelines Project
The Forest Service proposes to authorize Taproot Rockies Midstream, LLC to construct, operate & maintain 3 buried pipelines (crude oil, fresh water, & produced water) within a 50-ft. right-of-way across about 300 ft. of National Forest System Lands.
