South Fork Trailhead

The South Fork Trailhead is a minor trailhead located on Forest System Road 142 in the Williams Fork Valley. The trailhead provides access to the South Fork Trail (#21), the longest trail on the Sulphur Ranger District at 23 miles.

The access road is closed to motor vehicles between Nov. 15 and June 15.

Dogs must be under control at all times.

Directions

In the Williams Fork Valley, 25 miles south of Parshall (US Highway 40), off County Road 3, on Forest Road 138. Make a right on Forest Road 142 and drive approximately five miles to the trailhead.
