Pivot Rock-Hackberry Range Allotment
On February 18, I signed the Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Grazing Authorization for the Hackberry and Pivot Rock Range Allotments. I have selected the No Trailing Action Alternative for implementation as described in the final Environmental Assessment below. The specific actions that are authorized for implementation in the DN/FONSI include the following: Authorization, Structural Improvements, Deferred Pastures, Resource Protection and Mitigation Measures, Monitoring, and Adaptive Management. The links below include the cover letter that describes my decision and opportunities to appeal, the Decision Notice/FONSI, and the Environmental Assessment document. -- Brian Dykstra, District Ranger, Mogollon Rim Ranger District
