Dillon Falls Day Use Area

This area offers a great summer setting for picnicking and viewing Dillon Falls along the Deschutes River. This site offers access to the Deschutes River Trail as well as a boat ramp into the Deschutes River. There is horse trailer parking with access to the horse trail along the river. There's also a restroom at this site. 

An accessible trail 0.3-mile long goes from the west end of the day use area and connects to the Deschutes River Trail, going upriver and over a short pedestrian bridge. 

Dogs must be on leash at all trailheads throughout the year and on the Deschutes River Trail from May 15 - September 15.

Recreation Fee Site: A recreation pass is required. The recreation fee is $5 per vehicle per day or may be covered by a recreation pass. Passes can be purchased at a local Forest Service office or through a vendor.

Recreation Fee Site: $5/vehicle/day – On-site payment not available (the nearest fee tube is at the junction of Forest Service Road 41 and 46).

From Bend, OR: Travel 7.9 miles west on Cascade Lakes Highway (46), then 2.6 miles south on Forest Road 41. At this junction there are signs to direct you to Dillion Falls.
