Chickadee Trailhead
In the winter, Chickadee Trailhead gives access to many cross-country ski trails west of Patterson Lake.
In summer months those trails are open to hiking and mountain biking.

From Winthrop, drive 3 miles on Twin Lakes Road, turn onto Patterson Lake Road, drive 7 miles, turn left unto Thompson Ridge Road (forest service road 4410), Chickadee Trailhead on the left side of road.
