Theodore Roosevelt Library Emergency Egress Road Reconstruction
The proposal includes upgrading and maintaining approximately 2.7 miles of NFSR 747 and NFSR 7471 for the purpose of providing emergency egress to and from the Library/Musical site, if Chateau Road is blocked by a train or other circumstance.
