CIO: USDA implements new email retention policy

What you need to do
To apply a personal retention tag to an individual email:
- Right-click on the email.
- Select Assign Policy to open the policy options menu.
- Select a desired timeframe or the Never option in the Retention Policy section of the menu.
To apply a personal retention tag to a user-created folder:
- Right-click on the folder.
- Select Properties to open the Properties window.
- Select the Policy tab at the top.
- Select a desired timeframe or Never from the Folder Policy drop down options.
