Brad Kinder accepted the position of assistant director for the National Partnership Office, National Forest System. Kinder currently serves as a public engagement specialist on the Ecosystem Management Coordination staff, National Forest System.

Cynthia McArthur accepted the position of program specialist for the National Partnership Office, BIL/IRA Coordination Team, National Forest System. McArthur currently serves as a national partnership coordinator in the National Partnership Office.

Merlene Mazyck accepted the position of assistant director, National Partnership Office, Workforce Development Partnerships Service Hub for the National Forest System. Mazyck currently serves as team lead in the National Partnership Office.

Adam Mendonca accepted the position of deputy director for Fire and Aviation Management Doctrine, Organizational Learning and Risk Management/FAM Information Management/Landscapes and Partnerships in State, Private, and Tribal Forestry. Mendonca currently serves as a supervisory natural resources specialist in Fire and Aviation Management.

Keith O’Loughlin accepted the position of program specialist for the National Partnership Office, BIL/IRA Coordination Team, National Forest System. O’Loughlin currently serves as a shared stewardship program specialist in the National Partnership Office.

Ellen Shultzabarger accepted the position of Associate Deputy Chief of Business Operations in Washington, DC, effective June 4. Shultzabarger currently serves as state forester and director of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Forestry. 

Amber Stewart accepted the position of deputy director, Policy Office, for the National Forest Systems. Stewart currently serves as the National Casualty Assistance program manager in Business Operations.

Tracy Tophooven accepted the position of associate deputy chief of Business Operations in Washington, DC, effective June 4. Tophooven currently serves as deputy regional forester of National Early Career Hiring.
