What’s your FEVS why?
The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey opened last month and will remain open until June 28, 2024. As of June 17, the Forest Service was at 32% participation. The Work Environment and Performance Office is leading the way, followed closely by the Chief Financial Officer and the Southern Research Station. The graph below shows where your region, station or deputy chief area is at.

FEVS is one of the ways employees can candidly share their perceptions about their work experience and help inform improvements in the workplace. Take a look at some of the Success Stories that have taken place and the USDA/Forest Service Action Initiatives already in place.
Your responses help identify areas where the Forest Service is doing well and where more focus is needed. You are valuable to the Forest Service and your work unit in creating a positive, healthy, innovative, and engaging work environment.
Let’s hear why FEVS matters to one of our employees, Christopher Doupnik, on his FEVS why.
