CIO: Licenses now available to add dial-in capability to Teams meetings

The main point
Audio conferencing licenses are now available for Teams meeting organizers, which provides dial-in capability for meetings.
With audio conferencing licenses, meeting organizers are able to create Teams meetings that have a phone number and unique conference ID, allowing participants to join the meeting by dialing in if they do not have access to the Microsoft Teams app on a computer, smart phone or tablet, or if their internet connection is not working well.
If a dial-in phone number and phone conference ID number automatically generate when you create a Teams meeting, then you already have an audio conferencing license assigned to you, and no further action is needed.
What you need to do
If you are a meeting organizer who does not currently have a Teams audio conferencing license, and you want to acquire one for dial-in capability of your Teams meetings, please visit the Teams audio conferencing SharePoint site (internal link) for more information.
