HRM: Deadline to issue FY 22 performance plans extended to Jan. 14, 2022, for non-SES, SES, ST and SSTS employees
- Jan. 14, 2022, is the new deadline to establish FY 22 Performance Plans based on recent USDA direction. This applies to non-SES, SES, ST and SSTS employees only. This process should be completed using the new ePM.22 system that is accessible by logging into ConnectHR.
- Recorded ePM.22 training videos for supervisors and employees are available on the HRM Performance Management website. There is also a guide, Establishing Meaningful Performance Plans, to help supervisors develop and create performance plans.
- The previously extended deadline to issue FY21 performance ratings remains the same and should be completed no later than today, Dec. 17, 2021. A Performance Appraisal Checklist is available for all supervisors/rating officials on the HRM Performance Management website.
What you need to do
Supervisors need to make sure FY21 performance ratings are issued to employees no later than today December 17, 2021, and record the ratings in ePM.21.
Supervisors need to make sure that FY22 Performance Plans are established in ePM.22 and issued to an employee no later than Jan. 14, 2022.
