December 14, 2023

Banner: HRM Update.

As we approach the end of December 2023, many employees are taking leave during the holidays. Below are some reminders for all employees:

  • For Pay Period 25: No later than Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, employees need to submit and supervisors need to approve timesheets.

  • For Pay Period 26: No later than Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, employees need to submit and supervisors need to approve timesheets.

  • To code federal holidays in Paycheck 8: Use Transaction Code 66 and Descriptor Code 21.

  • If a holiday falls on your regularly scheduled day off: Please review the HRM Leave website for federal holiday to verify information about “in lieu of” holiday.

  • Employees in the 6 Hours Leave Category: Will accrue 10 hours of annual leave in Pay Period 26. This occurs every year to ensure employees in the 6-hour leave category receive the correct leave amount as authorized by law.

  • Use or Lose Accrued Annual Leave: Employees are encouraged to participate in the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP). No later than Dec. 20, 2023, please submit VLTP donations.
