HRM: FY2020 annual discipline, adverse action report

The Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Discipline and Adverse Action Memo, Report and Departmental Regulation for Employee Responsibilities & Conduct is now available on the Human Resources Management Employee Relations website (internal link).
The purpose of the FY 2020 Annual Discipline and Adverse Action Report is to increase awareness about the types of unwanted behaviors that are occurring in our workplace and to highlight corrective measures taken to address those acts of misconduct. The charts and graphs included in the report show the number and frequency of misconduct by unit and point out trends that deserve our attention. Also highlighted in this year’s memo is the recission of our Table of Penalties. Please refer to this memo to learn about all factors that are considered in every disciplinary action.
