HRM: Performance management tips for a hybrid workplace
To support the Federal Government with being a model employer for the future workforce, a renewed focus has been placed on employee engagement, learning, development, health, and well-being. In this effort, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is sharing Performance Management Tips for a “hybrid workplace”, which refers to employees who are working in the office and from other locations.
Performance Management Tips provide assistance and guidance to employees, supervisors, and leaders through the various phases of the Performance Management Cycle and these tips are available on the HRM Performance Management website.
