HRM: Quarter 3 performance conversations June 30 deadline and training

Supervisors must schedule and conduct third quarter performance conversations to discuss performance with employees and record it in the Enterprise Performance Management Application by June 30. To access EPMA, visit ConnectHR and select the eHR Apps link from your My Links menu.
What you need to do
Supervisors
Make sure that the supervisor of record in Paycheck8 has placed each employee on a FY24 performance plan
Enter completion of Quarter 3 performance management progress conversations in EPMA by June 30

Review the frequently asked questions about quarterly conversations for more information
Refer to Departmental Regulation 4040-430 for more guidance.
Employees
Follow instructions in the email from epma-no-reply@usda.gov where it says, “Click here to access the EPMA Employee Performance Dashboard to review and acknowledge.”

Quarterly Conversation Training
To help navigate in EPMA more effectively, the employee and labor relations policy & compliance team will be hosting a training on quarterly conversations. Training will take place on the following dates and use the same virtual conference room.
