HRM: Quarter 3 performance conversations June 30 deadline and training

Supervisors must schedule and conduct third quarter performance conversations to discuss performance with employees and record it in the Enterprise Performance Management Application by June 30. To access EPMA, visit ConnectHR and select the eHR Apps link from your My Links menu.

  • Follow instructions in the email from epma-no-reply@usda.gov where it says, “Click here to access the EPMA Employee Performance Dashboard to review and acknowledge.”

FS Performance Management Resources SharePoint page is another convenient resource with information to help employees, rating officials, and the reviewing officials navigate the EPMA system.

Quarterly Conversation Training
To help navigate in EPMA more effectively, the employee and labor relations policy & compliance team will be hosting a training on quarterly conversations. Training will take place on the following dates and use the same virtual conference room.

Closed captioning and American Sign Language interpreters will be available.
