Due to possible impacts of Hurricane Ida, the National Finance Center is requesting all T&As for pay period 17 be submitted and approved by close of business today, Aug. 27, 2021, if possible. This is as a precaution should NFC operations become impacted by the hurricane.

Telework should be coded as follows:

• Scheduled telework: Descriptor Code 11, Transaction Code 01
• Unscheduled (ad hoc) telework: Descriptor Code 17, Transaction Code 01
• Code time properly including leave, telework, overtime and other premium pay
• HRM posts the missing T&A report every day when timesheets are due to help supervisors and units manage their timesheets
• Time coding resources are available on HRM’s website

What you need to do

Employees and supervisors should submit and approve T&As as soon as possible but no later than close of business today.
