RECENTLY ISSUED DIRECTIVES

FSH 5109.34 Standards for Interagency Incident Business Management, Chapter 10 Personnel (05/14/2025)

• Update to directive per Executive Order 14132 of December 30, 2024, a 1.91% increase was applied to the 2024 pay rates. Clarified that employees hired under this plan are limited to 30 working days per assignment, must be released after completing a 30-day assignment, and that the limit applies to both on-site and remote/virtual assignments.
