Recently issued directives

• FSH 6509.14 Zero Code Collection Officer Handbook (11/01/2024)
  Removes the requirement to store controlled property in a safe with cash receipts and adds definition for “Speedo Number.” 

• FSH 6509.14 Chapter 10 Collection Activities (11/01/2024)
  Revises the chapter in its entirety. Sets forth direction and incorporates management information previously included in the Collection Officer Desk Guide for Point-of-Sale Systems Locations, and Collection Officer Desk Guide for Non-POSS Locations. Additional changes can be found within the digest at the link provided above.
