Across the country, the COVID-19 vaccine is becoming increasingly available. Millions of people have already safely received these life-saving vaccines, in part due to the work of our USDA personnel who have been deployed to the COVID-19 vaccination campaign. 

This week we are celebrating the milestone of 1 million COVID-19 vaccines administered by USDA. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the selfless service of USDA employees who answered the call to get our country back on track. As more people become eligible to receive the vaccine, the need for consistent, fact-based messaging on COVID-19 grows. 

I invite all who are interested to support this effort by joining the COVID-19 Community Corps. As a corps member, you will receive information to share with your family, friends and neighbors, encouraging them to protect themselves by getting vaccinated, in addition to regular email updates and other resources with the latest vaccine news.
