WASHINGTON, DC—USDA’s Travel Management Company is making a change to their reservation system effective Jan. 30, 2023.

What you need to do

Any authorization in ETS2 that has a reservation must be approved by Jan. 25, 2023, in order for ticketing to occur. BCD will ticket all approved authorizations prior to the transition. If the trip is no longer needed, the authorization should be canceled in ETS2. 

Additional Information

In order to complete this transition, all users will NOT be able to book, change or cancel reservations online in ETS2 beginning Friday, Jan. 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. EST, until 11:59 p.m. EST, on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023. Authorizations and vouchers will still be accessible during this time, but travel booking will not be available online.
