On the Move

Chris Bielecki accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Modoc National Forest in the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Bielecki currently serves as the supervisory civil engineer on the forest.

Scott Bingham accepted the position of Recreation, Heritage and Wilderness Resources director for the Intermountain Region (R4). Bingham currently serves as the deputy director of Engineering in the region.

Brooke Bowman accepted the position of budget officer for the Intermountain Region (R4). Bowman currently serves as the engineering budget coordinator in the region.

David Francomb accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Tahoe National Forest in the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Francomb currently serves as the deputy forest supervisor for the Boise National Forest in the Intermountain Region (R4).

Chris Feutrier accepted the position of deputy regional forester for the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Feutrier currently serves as the Enterprise Program director.

Melany Glossa accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Willamette National Forest in the Pacific Northwest Region (R6). Glossa currently serves as the deputy chief executive in the Work Environment and Performance Office.

Cherie Hamilton accepted the position of deputy regional forester in the Rocky Mountain Region (R2). Hamilton currently serves as the deputy regional forester for the Workforce Entry Team.

Nathan Haynes accepted the position of director of Lands and Minerals for the Intermountain Region (R4). Haynes currently serves as the deputy director of Lands and Minerals in the region.

Christina Henderson accepted the position of National Billing Team program manager on the Lands, Minerals and Geology Management staff, National Forest System. Henderson currently serves as the prairie supervisor of the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie in the Eastern Region (R9).

Rick Hopson accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Plumas National Forest in the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Hopson currently serves as the Ecosystem Management deputy director in the region.

Wade McMaster accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Fremont-Winema National Forest in the Pacific Northwest Region (R6). McMaster currently serves as the forest supervisor for the Mendocino National Forest in the Pacific Southwest Region (R5).

Mary Moore accepted the position of deputy regional forester for the Southern Region (R8). Moore currently serves as the forest supervisor on the Workforce Entry Team.

Yolanda Saldana accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Los Padres National Forest in the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Saldana currently serves as the Fire and Aviation Management deputy director in the region.

Dr. Chris Swanston accepted the position of associate deputy chief for Research and Development, Washington, D.C., effective January 2025. Swanston is currently director of the Office of Sustainability and Climate for the National Forest System, Washington, D.C. He has served as the acting associate deputy chief for Research and Development since July 2024.

Alissa Tanner accepted the position of deputy forest supervisor for the White Mountain National Forest in the Eastern Region (R9). Tanner currently serves as the branch chief for Hazardous Fuels Management in State, Private, and Tribal Forestry.

Robert West accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie in the Eastern Region (R9). West currently serves as the deputy forest supervisor for the Monongahela National Forest in the Eastern Region. 

Beattra Wilson accepted the position of associate deputy chief for State, Private, and Tribal Forestry, Washington, D.C., effective Dec. 29, 2024. Wilson served as acting associate deputy chief for State, Private, and Tribal Forestry since January 2024.

Jenn Youngblood accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Chugach National Forest in the Alaska Region (R10). Youngblood currently serves as the forest supervisor for the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in the Eastern Region (R9).
