Elizabeth Dawson accepted the position of assistant director for Saleable, Locatable & Abandoned Mines, Lands, Minerals & Geology Staff for the National Forest System. Dawson currently serves as deputy district manager of Bureau of Land Management’s Southwest District in Colorado.

James Fortner accepted the position of chief of staff for State, Private, and Tribal Forestry in the Washington Office. Fortner currently serves as the acting chief of staff for State, Private and Tribal Forestry in the Washington Office.

Rachael Hohl accepted the position of deputy director of Ecosystem Planning for the Pacific Southwest Region (R5). Hohl currently serves as a biological scientist (forest planner) for the Manti-La Sal National Forest in the Intermountain Region (R4).   

Betty M. Jewett accepted the position of director of the Great American Outdoors Act Program for the National Forest System. Jewett currently serves as the national program specialist in the Land and Realty Program in NFS.
