Heidi McRoberts accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Cibola National Forest, Southwestern Region (R3). McRoberts currently serves as the deputy forest supervisor for the Kootenai National Forest in the Northern Region (R1).

Persephone Whelan accepted the position of Risk Management branch chief for State, Private and Tribal Forestry, Fire and Aviation Management. Whelan currently serves as the assistant director of Operations, Fire and Aviation Management in the Eastern Region (R9).
