Harris Maceo accepted the position of acting director for the Office of Civil Rights in the Washington Office, effective Nov. 2. Maceo currently serves as deputy director for Job Corps. He replaces Tracy Troutman, who has returned to her permanent position as Civil Rights director for the Agricultural Research Service at USDA.

Christopher Stubbs accepted the position of forest supervisor for the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland in the Rocky Mountain Region (R2). Stubbs currently serves as forest supervisor for the Los Padres National Forest in the Pacific Southwest Region (R5).
