Debbie Cress accepted the position of deputy regional forester for the Alaska Region (R10).  Cress currently serves as the deputy chief of staff with the Office of the Chief.

April D. Daniels accepted the position of land tenure program manager on the Lands, Minerals and Geology staff in the National Forest System. Daniels is currently the technical services staff officer, National Forests in Florida, in the Southern Region (R8).

Elrand Denson accepted the position of director for Lands, Minerals and Geology Management in the National Forest System, effective Oct. 6. Denson currently serves as assistant director for Lands, Minerals and Geology Management.

Sarah Fisher accepted the position of national Fire and Aviation Management director in State, Private, and Tribal Forestry, effective Oct. 20. Fisher has served as the Fire and Aviation Management deputy director since 2021.

Steve Lohr accepted the position of director for Natural Resources within the National Forest System, effective Oct. 20. Lohr currently serves as deputy regional forester for the Rocky Mountain Region (R2).
