WASHINGTON, DC—The Forest Service COVID-19 Workplace Safety Plan Memorandum of Understanding (internal link) applies to all National Federation of Federal Employees Bargaining Unit Employees and management of these represented units. Please take the time to review and understand the procedures identified in the MOU. This MOU will provide additional procedures for management and employees to follow during the return to the physical workplace.

This MOU will be posted on the Labor Relations FS intranet site and a copy will be posted on the public-facing Forest Service website, linked from the agency’s COVID information website (internal link), where you can also find the 2022 approval (internal link) and supplemental materials (internal link).
