Community of McCall

Government living quarters are available for those who desire to stay in the barracks. There are a few government-owned housing units available for married couples, although these units are usually not available to first year jumpers. Charges for those living in the barracks and married housing units are deducted from the employee’s paycheck. Government Housing rates are comparable to local housing rates.

Mess hall facilities are not available at the McCall base, however, all barracks and married housing units are equipped with kitchen facilities. Other housing is limited in the McCall area with apartments usually renting for $350-$900 per month.
