Starting a Service First Arrangement all begins with a great idea!

Discuss the idea with potential partner agencies.

If you haven't already, check out the SF101 Webinar
or the July 2012 Online Workshop Videos!

Ensure the idea is aligned with one of the Service First goals: does it improve customer service, stewardship of the land, and/or operational efficiency?

Develop and sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

If funds will be exchanged, develop and sign an agreement.

If funds will not be exchanged, complete an offset worksheet that captures the input values from each agency. Agree and sign the offset plan.
