Forest Service Implementation of Stewardship Contracting

Congressional request: Relating to a Congressional Directive in Public Law 105-277, Title III - General Provisions, Section 347. The Forest Service is directed to report annually to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate on the status of development, execution, administration of contracts, the specific accomplishments that have resulted, and the role of local communities in development of contract plans.
