Perennial Stream Temperature for the NorWeST "Middle Columbia West" Production Unit (Hydrologic Unit Codes 17070105-17070106, 17070201-17070204, 17070301-17070307) in the states of Oregon and Washington.
Full year Mid-Columbia West Watershed Scenarios
This NorWeST subpage contains data for a revised set of stream temperature scenarios within the interior Columbia River basin that were commissioned by the Bonneville Power Administration and U.S. Forest Service, Region 6. The scenarios are based on an updated and larger set of interagency temperature monitoring records for the period of 1993 through 2020. Data cleaning and modeling procedures were identical to those described on the NorWeST website and by Isaak et al. 2017, but a broader array of 14 temperature metrics and 41 scenarios were modeled for this update. These scenarios, as well as the temperature dataset used to create them, are available for download in a variety of user-friendly formats from the tables below. More details about this project are contained in this BPA report and the General Metadata document.
Note that these scenarios are updated from the previous Mid-Columbia West Watershed production unit on the NorWeST Data Summaries and NorWeST Modeled Scenarios webpages that can be merged with surrounding HUCs.
