Publications

The following journal articles provide background information about spatial statistical models on stream networks. Articles [1,2] are written for a statistical or quantitative ecological audience and provide technical details, as well as a discussion of spatial statistical models on stream networks. Article [3] also provides details about the spatial statistical models, but is written for an ecological audience, with numerous worked examples provided in the appendices. Article [4] provides an interesting application of the models to stream temperature data in the Boise Basin, USA. Articles [6] and [7] are the citations for STARS and SSN, respectively.
