Box Canyon Campground
The Box Canyon Campground is situated on the canyon rim above the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Campsites near the canyon rim are shaded by lodgepole pine and Douglas-fir. This campground has several short trails that leave the Box Canyon Trail to access the Henry's Fork.
Box Canyon Guard Station Cabin
Box Canyon Guard Station sits beneath a canopy of Douglas fir at an altitude of 3,620 feet on the West Cascades National Scenic Byway. The surrounding landscape features alpine meadows, waterfalls, lava fields, glaciers and glacial lakes abundant with trout. The forest is dense and varied, with Douglas fir, silver fir, sub-alpine fir, mountain hemlock, true fir, lodgepole pine and ponderosa pine.

Box Canyon Viewpoint
This geological formation is about 65 million years in the making and the chasm spans a run of about 500 feet and ranges from 75-150 ft. deep. Fish Tail Falls can be observed from the viewpoint running over, under and through a pile of large boulders, cascading another 15 feet. At times you can see salmon in this pool.

Box Elder Picnic Area
This roadside picnic areais located near the crest of the Santa Catalina Mountains in the cool ponderosa pines within a short drive of trailheads, Ski Valley, and the village of Summerhaven. At this high elevation, summers are cool and winters frequently bring snow and frigid temperatures. Be prepared to experience temperatures 20 to 30 degrees cooler than those in Tucson.

Boyd Creek Campground
Situated along the stunning Selway River, the Boyd Creek Campground contains five camp/RV sites, picnic areas and a restroom. Hikers will enjoy taking a trek up the East Boyd Glover Roundtop National Recreation Trail via one of two trailheads accessing it in the vicinity. Anglers will enjoy fishing in the Selway.

Boydsville North Trailhead
The Boydsville North Trailhead leads to the Smith Creek Loop of the Cedar Creek Trail. This loop traverses five miles between Boydsville and Rutherford Bridge and offers a scenic hike that provides glimpses of Cedar Creek from the bluffs above. Additionally, travelling south on the trail leads to the main part of the Cedar Creek Trail.
