Over 3 million acres of land located in 22 National Recreation Areas managed by the Forest Service is preserved for recreational activities like hiking, boating, fishing and swimming, while highlighting natural, cultural and scenic resources. Little John Sno-Park & Campground

This site is primarily a shared use winter recreation area, but also has a campground for use in the summer. Information board, warming shelter and a vault toilet are available. Room for 40 vehicles. Little Lake Wills

Little Lake Wills is a 22-acre lake nestled in a narrow southern Appalachian Valley about 4 miles east of Sylacauga. Anglers can enjoy bass, bream, and catfish fishing. Natural and artificial baits may be used. A boat ramp with parking for 10 vehicles and trailers is available. Small boats with manual or electric power only are permitted on the lake.

Little Laramie Trailhead

This non-motorized, multi-use trail provides hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, as well as winter cross-country skiing. It is located in the Snowy Range four miles west of Centennial, just below Sand Lake Rd. on Hwy. 130, and is managed by the Laramie Ranger District. Little Mill Campground is located in American Fork Canyon and is situated next to the American Fork River. Popular activities include hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. This campground is 1-1/2 miles from Timpanogos Cave National Monument. Facility amenities include firewood, grills, and picnic tables. Please bring all the water you will need for your stay. Little Naches #1 Sno-Park

Little Naches Campground

OPEN FOR SEASON.  Closing for 2024 season on October 7th. Little Naches Campground sits along the bank of the Little Naches River. There are 17 sites, including back in sites with parking spurs ranging from 20-50 feet long and a multifamily site. The interior campground roads and parking spurs are hard-packed but not paved.
